Bar Harbour, Maine
Bar Harbour is a lovely town at the gateway to Acadia National Park. As I
have been here serveral time, most recently last October, I chose to stay in
the area around the dock. Along with a friend I walked several blocks along
the waterfront, followed by two blocks back. Finishing out the square, we
stopped on the way back to the pier and had a nice lunch at an Irish Pub.
After the lunch, I stayed ashore for a little bit before returning to the ship. The weather was nice and I enjoyed the time in the little park next to the tender dock.
