Reykjavik, Iceland

Day 2 in Reykjavik was a bit of an adventure. We had intended to visit Seltun, a geothermal area about an hour away from the ship. We planned to leave the ship around 10:00am again.
We all met at the end of the gangway a bit before 10:00am. We saw the Sea Princess had arrived and docked forward of us then walked to the car. We fired up the Garmin GPS, and typed in Seltun and settled on what looked like it was the correct destination. After a little bit of misdirection we were heading out of Reykjavik. Again a very scenic day.
After a little over an hour, the GPS told us we were at our destination. We were in the parking lot of what appeared to be a senior citizen living center
I then typed Seltun Geothermal into my Google Map app on my smart phone. It brought up a description of what we were looking for and directions to get there. It showed a little over an hour to get there. We had time so we took off toward Seltun. On the way we passed a prison facility, which should be on everyones list of places to visit in Iceland.
Seltun Geothermal Area didn't dissapoint. It is a very nice area and again a nice walk around the area.
Headed back to the ship, we stopped at a nice little restaurant called Papa's Fish and Chips and Pizza. The fish and chips was extremely good, well cooked with a very thin bread crust.
Arrived back at the ship with 15 minutes to spare and sailed away on time
