Alesund, Norway
After 2 days at sea, we arrived in Alesund, Norway this morning at 7:00am.
It has been a beautiful day, very comfortable out. With another Cruise
Critic member I left the ship at 10:00am. Since we both had success with
City Sightseeing HOHO Buses, we opted to take that route today. As usual, it
was a nice ride with good commentary.
Alesund, Norway is a very nice town and is larger than Eidfjord where we will be tomorrow afternoon. It is very scenic with colorful houses. Large portions of the town were rebuilt after a major fire, and those areas look brand new.
